All songs Xits are freely available on a non-exclusive basis to any recording or performing artists/musicains/songwriters, filmmakers, producers, DJ's,  broadcasters, advertisers, promoters, marketers, music publishers, supervisors, labels, librarys, game producers or content creaters to use them as part of their own recordings, discography, productions (either re-recorded by you or using my stems, recordings, lyrics or samples, or as part of your performance repertoire, or as backing tracks or musical scores for your content creations. There is no upfront costs or any sync fees needed. 

For non peronal use cosumption or non-ameture use of the song xits, please do consider supporting what I do, by crediting xrashgates as the writer/author or if you create any new tracks/songs or content material that are derivitive or interpoled songs/tracks using any of the stems (excluding the drum loops stems), also please consider supporting what I do, by crediting xrashgates as your co-writer/author with your Performance Royality Organistion (PRO) and your digitial distributor in your country of registration.
