All songs Xits are available on a non-exclusive basis to any recording or performing artists/musicains/songwriters, filmmakers, producers, DJ's,  broadcasters, advertisers, promoters, marketers, music publishers, supervisors, labels, librarys, game producers or content creaters to use them as part of their own recordings, discography, productions (either re-recorded by you or using my stems, recordings, lyrics or samples, or as part of your performance repertoire, or as backing tracks or musical scores for your content creations. There is no upfront costs or any sync fees or acknowledgment needed. 

However If you do use any of the song Xits in a commercial or professional context or to create any new songs or content material such as a derivitive track, Please consider supporting what I do, by crediting xrashgates as your song co-writer/author with your Performance Royality Organistion (PRO) and your digitial distributor in your country of registration.
